Request statuses
In terms of Selfserve requests are not real network transfered datas but only attempts to get an ad from certain campaign. Those attempts are being initiated by so-called Search - request from Publisher Feed - and can return ad or be filtered by some reasons. In request statuses table you can see number of requests that have been filtered by certain reasons, that described below.
Total requests
Number of all requests that have been made.
Successful requests
Number of requests returned an ad.
Sum bids
Sum of bids of all successful requests.
Filtered by click limit
Requests that have not been made to not exceed click limit. Hourly click limit can be set explicitly in Campaign settings or it can be counted from Campaign daily budget (daily budget / bid).
No creatives
Requested campaign doesn't have active creatives at a time.
Filtered by Vertical, Filtered by Traffic Type - both filters are currently disabled
Requests filtered by mismatch vertical or traffic type of Campaign and Pub feed that searched for ad. Those filters are currently disabled.
Filtered by Schedule
Requested campaign is not working at a time due to Schedule setting.
Filtered by blocked SubID
SubID from search is in blacklist. It can be blacklist for separate subIDs or Subid Group set as blocked.
Filtered by allowed SubID
Requested campaign has whitelist of subIDs or subID groups set and SubId from search hasn't been found in any of them.
Take in account that separate subIDs lists and SubID groups work separately. If both subID list and subID groups are set, both should be passed by request to not be filtered.
Filtered by IP
IP from search doesn't pass IP whitelist or blacklist set on campaign.
Filtered by Allowed/Blocked OS/Browser/Device
Requests that have been filtered by matching requested User-Agent with OS, Browser or Device type targeting.
Filtered by blocked country
Requests that has a country detected from IP in campaign Geo blacklist.
Filtered by Allowed country
Requests that has not a country detected from IP in campaign Geo whitelist if this whitelist set.
Filtered by Frequency Cap
Requests came from IPs that previously have already made a click on a certain campaign in certain period of time set in Frequency cap setting.
Filtered by allowed keywords
Not a single keyword provided in search matches keywords targeting set on campaign.
Filtered by ads count
Request succesfully returned an ad but there were another succesful requests for the same search. And if number of successful request are greater than number of ads requested in search, only the most expensive ads are returning and other ones ae filtering with that status.
Filtered by language
Requests filtered by browser language targeting set in campaign. It also filters requests that don't provide language at all when language targeting set.
Filtered by categories (currently disabled)
Filtered by Age
Subscription age provided in search doesn't match Age requirements set on campaign. Or there is no age value provided at all when Age targeting set.
System Error
Requests that have been unsuccesful due to any internal system error.
